Welcome to our sceduled special courses for everyone, who wants to take his game to the next level. These are not just few more "private lessons", they are carefully designed for tennis players of all levels, who struggle with certain parameters of the game. Participating in these courses will give you an absolute advantage against your opponents, as they will immediately take you from where you are right now to becoming one of the best players in your league or club ladder. So, lets' get started:

1.) Transforming your Forehand (1 VIP player)

Everybody wants to hit their forehand groundstroke with more power but most players go about it all wrong. Rather than using their bodies in a fundamentally stronger way they MUSCLE through their swing. Power is a key ingredient to your tennis success....without it you're reduced to playing "hit and pray" tennis. You know what I'm talking about - hitting safe shot after safe shot just hoping that your opponent makes a mistake before you do. Not only is that style of tennis not nearly as fun as having weapons (that you can rely on) but you won't ever have a chance of beating the best players at your local courts. In addition to that, unfortunately, most players have been taught a very linear, straight forward swing path on their forehand side which makes it impossible to achieve any significant topspin.

So in this "Transforming your Forehand" course, our VIP student player will learn:

   a)  Everything about the Forehand Kinetic Chain, which is the most effective way to use the ground and the power of your longer and stronger core muscles (rather than   your  smaller arm muscles) to achieve smooth and easy power, just like the pros do.

   b) The best ways how to hit a Forehand in open, neutral and closed stance and correctly practise all 3 of them to find out, which one suites you best.

   c) How you can use the Kinetic Chain, your swing length and how to achieve total looseness.

   d) How to increase your stroke accuracy (Height, Depth and Direction). There's nothing more fundamental to your groundstroke success than being able to reliably place your forehand exactly where you want it to go. Unfortunately most tennis players have no idea how to self-diagnose what's going on with their swing. They don't know the "why" behind their unforced errors. So, if you are you tired of sending your forehand groundstroke into the net, long, or wide, in this course we will teach, demonstrate and practice with you several key points to show you how to increase your forehand accuracy ( because power gives us nothing, when the ball lands out of the side lines).

 e) How to hit your forehand with massive spin, which creates heavy, deep, high bouncing balls bringing your opponent to the fence. The basic and advanced parameters and skilles to curve the ball with big topspin in order to create margin for errors and attack with consistency.

It's time to experience what it's like to have full trust and confidence in your forehand groundstroke, both to keep you in points with pinpoint accuracy and TAKE points from your opponents with powerful offense. A reliable weapon is right around the corner.

This program isn't a pile of "tips and tricks" like most private lessons. Its a carefully designed curriculum that will give you the forehand you've always wanted faster than you ever thought possible. If you're ready for a forehand groundstroke that dictates play and becomes your "hero shot" like the pros then jump in now and enjoy yourself being a totaly new player!

What you can expect:

a) Yourself with 2 coaches on the court, using interactive methodology working on your forehand transformation

b) 5 hours of intense training on the court

c) Video analysis

d) New balls

Bonus: 1 hour of personal gym training showing you special core excersises for more muscles strength, flexibility and stability.

2.) Special Forehand Course (4 players)

Hitting in the net can be extremely frustrating--no matter what shot you have hit. But if you're like me and really trust your forehand (as well as have high expectations for it), then the forehand miss in the hit is enough to drive you crazy...But when you closely dissect those misses, there are some very common culprits that cause this.

This is a special course we have been working on for a long time: how to create and train a fundamentally-sound forehand. You will learn all forehand foundamentals, like

  • how to pivot and coil effectively
  • how to use your joint angles and body weight
  • how to track the ball, swing effectively and hit a clean shot on the racket's sweet spot
  • how to create heavy topspin, power flat and difficult to reach slice shots
  • how to use your kinetic chain effectively
  • how to uncoil and follow through like a pro
  • what the differences between closed, neutral and open stance are

What you can expect:

a) 4 same level students with 2 coaches on the court working on your forehand

b) 4 hours of intense training on the court

c) New balls

d) Free play after the end of the course (not included: light cost)

3.) Tennis strategies and Tactics (up to 12 players, min. 4 players)

You are probably here for a simple reason: you want to win more single matches. But the problem is that, like most tennis players, you were never really taught how to play a match. Someone taught you how to hit a serve, a forehand, a backhand...But has anyone ever taught you what to do when you're down 0-15, or tied 30-30, or down break point? Has anyone ever taught you what to do, when you are not playing your best? Or has anyone ever taught you what to do when all that what was working early in the match stops working, and your opponent comes back? What should you do now? Has anyone ever taught you how to avoid pushing when the score gets close and you get nervous?
So if these problems are something you suffer from, we have the solution. Because the solution comes down to one simple idea: the scoreboard drives the strategy = for each score, there is a specific strategy you should use. Plus that there are specific patterns of play, which give you statistically significant advantages to win certain
points, than other ones. So, when you know exactly what to do for each score in the game, it takes out all the guesswork and you never feel lost. Instead, you' ll feel in control.
And let me tell you one more thing: there are common rally strategies that are actually statistical loosers (like hitting to the open court and try to run your opponent or keeping the ball in play and waiting for an error...).

So in this "Strategies and Tactics" course you will learn:

a) Everything about high percentage shots, depending on your position and the incoming ball (directionals)

b) Score depending playing patterns when serving

c) Score depending playing patterns when returning

d) The directions for high percentage approach shots

e) The directions for high percentage volleys

f) High percentage defence

f) How to play against agressive players

g) How to play against pushers

h) How do play against serve and volley players

After finishing this course you will be able to

  • play high percentage tennis, like the pros do, so that you can win even if you don't have your A-game
  • keep your opponent guessing, so that your strategy works the entire match
  • stop pushing, but instead play your normal game, when the score gets tight and the ball "burns"
  • reduce the pressure on you, instead put pressure on your opponent
  • feel pore relaxed and confident having a clear plan on court

What you can expect:

a) 4 same level students with 1 coache on the court working on your tactics transformation

b) 4 hours of intense training on the court

c) New balls

d) Free play after the end of the course (not included: light cost)

This course will take place on following dates: all weekends of March - August 2017

Venue: MVS tennis courts (Marathon)

  • you will learn how to hit angle shots, drop shots, alternating flat & topspin shots to mix up the game rythm

After finishing this course you will

  • have a clear perspective of your possible mistakes and how to avoid them,
  • take back home certain excersises to practice with your coach
  • be in form to compete with your buddy or play a ladder match on your local club

What you can expect:

a) 4 same level students with 1 coache on the court working on your technique

b) 4 hours of intense training on the court

c) New balls

d) Free play after the end of the course (not included: light cost)

This course will take place on following dates: all weekends of March - August 2017, weekdays on demand.

5.) Private Tennis Lessons packages (1 or 2 players)

If you are like most recreational players, you take private tennis lessons once or twice a week and play at your local club or with your buddy once or to more times. It doesn't give you a lot of problems but you aren't a feared player either. Your opponent doesn't think: "OH NO". So how do you get one level up? What is missing in your game?

We have created a special programm of 3 private lessons (1,5 hours X 3) just for you, the tennis player seeking for something different. In this programm you will

  • work on your technical skills intensively (forehand and backhand topspin/slice, right footwork and court coverage, volley shots and lobs, all kind of serves (such as flat, slice, topspin and kick)
  • work on your kinetic chain potential to unlock your sources of effortless power
  • work on special shots (forehand and backhand approach shots, defensive shots)
  • learn and practice certain patterns of play
  • improve your mental toughness and physical skills

What you can expect:

a) yourself with one coach on court

b) 3 X 1,5 hours of intense training (in three different weekends)

c) Very good balls' condition

This course will take place on following dates: 3 following weekends (1 participant), weekdays on demand.

Venue: MVS tennis courts (Marathon)

6.) Transforming your Serve (1 VIP player)

Were you taught to pronate when serving? If the answer is "yes," then that's bad...Because the belief that you should pronate right before you hit the ball is a big fat lie! (Well, more of a misconception really...). The net effect?  LESS power. Here's why: The Kinetic Chain isn't complete until the energy you created in your body is transferred from the racket into the ball. And what many people seem to overlook is that there's a  COLLISION  between the racket and the ball. And the way you transfer the maximum amount of energy into the ball is with  STABILITY  at the point of contact. But the thing about pronation is that it creates  INSTABILITY  at the point of contact. In other words: Pronation  BREAKS  the Kinetic Chain at the very last second. So if you've ever felt like you're swinging the racket as fast as humanly possible but you can't seem to hit your serve any harder...? It's probably because you pronated (Or snapped your wrist - that's another "lie" that creates instability...).

What's actually happening in a good serve is something called "long-axis rotation"...It's a move that starts in your shoulder and makes it LOOK like you're pronating and
snapping your wrist. Even though neither is actually happening. The thing that "long-axis rotation" has going for it is...It's  STABLE...This "long-axis rotation" is the final link in the Kinetic Chain. And because your entire arm is rotating TOGETHER, it safely carriers the forces generated in the "big" muscle groups in your legs and body and solidly transfers them into the ball withstanding the collision at contact.

Want to get rid of years of bad habits like pronation, the wrist snap, etc.? You wanna know the secret to going from where you are right now to serving 100 mph, or faster? Do you want to know what is the No1 way to improve your serve? Do you want to fix your toss, improving a consistent one (because the tossing motion really affects your ability to store potential energy to maximize serve power)? Or do you want to fully trust  you fully trust your serve no matter what the score, opponent, or who's watching?

If the answer is YES, then you're at the right course. Because in this one, we will totally transform your serve. So that you can make the difference at your local club, or even climb 1 point on your NRPT ranking.

So in this "Transforming your Serve" course, our VIP student player will learn:

a) How to toss consistently and effectively

b) How to store potential energy and release it in an explosive way

c) How and where exactly on the ball to make the contact with the racket

d) How to stay relaxed even after a 3hours match, serving in the same way, as if you have just started

e) How to create all different types of spin (flat, topspin, kick, slice) make your opponent guess the incoming power, placement and spin

f) How to create heavy, deep serves placed on a dime

g) How to use your legs effectively

h) How to serve in the 100 mph area without injuries

This special designed course will give you a step by step "plan" to achieve huge body kinetic energy and racket speed at contact, to achieve maximum ball spin paths while maintaining large margins of error. This course will finally give you more effectiveness, confidence and more wins (and fun).

What you can expect:

a) Yourself with 2 coaches on the court, using interactive methodology working on your serve transformation

b) 5 hours of intense training on the court

c) Video analysis

d) New balls

Bonus: 1 hour of personal gym training showing you special core excersises for more muscles strength, flexibility and stability.

This course will take place on following dates: every first Sunday of March - August 2017 or on demand

7.) Special Serve Course (up to 12 players, min 4 players )

For me and my coaches it is crystall clear: when it comes to improving a technically complex swing, like the serve, it all comes down to fundamentals (toss, rhytm, trophy pose, contact point, follow through). Once those are in place, you can start hitting much bigger serves, without actually trying any harder. And you deserve to experience a confident, effective, winning serve.

This is a special course we have been working on for a long time: how to create and train a fundamentally-sound serve. You will learn all serve foundamentals, like

  • how to to toss in a right way and consistently
  • how to use your lower core to store potential energy
  • how to achieve an effective trophy pose and an injury risk free racket drop
  • how to uncoil the stored energy through the upper body and your arm to the racket / ball
  • how to use your kinetic chain effectively
  • how to follow through like a pro
  • how to create different type of spins through the right contact and racket path
  • avoiding the mistakes of muscling through your motion for acceleration and guiding through contact for accuracy

What you can expect:

a) 4 same level students with 1 coach on the court working on your serve

b) 4 hours of intense training on the court

c) Very good balls's condition

d) Free play after the end of the course (not included: light cost)

This course will take place on following dates: every weekend  of March - August 2017, weekdays on demand.
